La Casa de Las Hermanas is a 1940 house in Pueblo Garzón, Uruguay, restored in collaboration with architect Paula Moreira Siedlecki after years of neglect. The project preserves the character of the original house while bringing together custom-designed and vintage furniture, art, textiles and objects sourced locally and internationally.
TRANSFORMATION
The original house was reworked to create more light, openness and connection to the landscape, while preserving its character and sense of place.
